HVAC Service Technician - Earn Up To $120,000 - Houston, TX

A leading Houston-area mechanical contractor is seeking an HVAC Service Technician specializing in chilled water systems.

4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience; DDC controls a plus

Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle

Universal refrigerant recovery certification required

Overview: Service chilled water HVAC systems including air-cooled package chillers, centrifugal chillers, screw chillers, and related equipment and controls. Work performed across commercial office buildings, hospitals, schools, higher education facilities, and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC service experience; DDC controls a plus

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR to operate a company vehicle

• Universal refrigerant recovery certification required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $75,000–$120,000+
