Senior Supply Planning Analyst

Drive production planning and inventory optimization at Maple Leaf Foods through data analysis and fact-based decisions across supply categories.

As a Senior Supply Planner, you will develop plans supporting corporate service levels within inventory cost objectives. The role spans production capacity, inventory management, S&OP, and new product launches. You will identify constraints, opportunities, and root causes affecting business objectives and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production and inventory plans for manufacturing facilities
• Manage short-term and long-term manufacturing capacities
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities through the S&OP cycle
• Analyze datasets and recommend continuous planning improvements
• Plan seasonal inventory builds and new product launches

Requirements:

• Three or more years of supply planning experience
• Supply chain planning experience within a CPG environment
• Bachelor's degree or professional supply chain designation preferred
• Knowledge of SAP-IBP and PowerBI
• Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and change management skills
