Physician | General Hematology Oncology | Thomas Health System

Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine seek a Hematologist/Oncologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in South Charleston, WV at Thomas Memorial Hospital.

Duties

• Provide general Hematology and Medical Oncology care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams within the WVU Cancer Institute.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, eligible for state medical license.
• Completed Internal Medicine residency program and Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• All qualifications met by time of appointment.

Work Hours and Schedule

Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Exempt status. Shift unspecified.

Location

South Charleston, WV at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
