Consultant for Global Mobility Programs

Support Scotiabank's Global Mobility initiatives as a Consultant, based in Toronto, Ontario. Your role will focus on enhancing client relations while ensuring compliance in relocation processes. In this Consultant position within the Global Mobility team, you will champion customer-focused strategies impacting Assignee experiences. Your responsibilities will include the administration of relocation policies, preparing essential documents, and collaborating with various vendors to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you'll maintain payroll compliance and assist with annual tax procedures for successful relocations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead administration of Global Mobility programs and policies • Develop cost estimates and Assignment Compensation Packages • Liaise with Assignees to explain relocation benefits • Manage vendor inquiries and monthly reconciliation tasks • Contribute to year-end payroll and tax documentation Requirements: • Undergraduate degree or College Diploma • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent attention to detail and service orientation • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll procedures • CHRP or CERC designation is an asset Bring your operational insights and client-centric focus to drive success in Relocation Programs at Scotiabank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
