• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• Full time schedule or 3 weeks per month
• Expect 16 - 20 patient encounters per shift, adult patients
• Mix of hematology (50%) cases and oncology (50%) cases
• Credentialing not needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal

From $375.00 to $500.00 hourly
