Job Duties:

• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts.
• Provide support for the senior account executive.
• Analyze and resolve customer problems.
• Assist in studies to determine customer incentives.
• Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads for account executives.
• Distribute mail and handle general office correspondence.
• File, fax, duplicate, and process forms.
• Type and prepare reports.
• Audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
