In this role you lead large-scale SAP EWM warehouse transformation programs to modernize client supply chains. You will drive program governance, timelines, budgets and risk while aligning with long-term SAP/Supply Chain strategies. You will oversee multi-geography workstreams, mentor consultants, and shape EWM solution design and integrations. This position blends deep SAP EWM expertise with leadership in a global delivery model to deliver measurable client value. A strong, hands-on, cross-functional approach and opportunity to influence complex, multi-system deployments are key hooks of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units
  • Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
  • Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy
  • Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on oversight of EWM solution design (structure, putaway, picking, labor, yard, MFS/automation integration)
  • Review and approve functional specs, configuration docs, and test scripts
  • Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors)
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants and build client capability during engagement
  • Travel as required (0–100%)

Key requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting xtnlbfm experience
  • Minimum 4 years managing full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in a lead or program manager role
  • Minimum 4 years delivering EWM programs in the Consumer Goods Industry
  • Prior experience leading teams in a Global Delivery model
  • Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience
