Operations Manager for Fulfillment Center

Lead operational excellence as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon's Fulfillment Center in Tsawwassen First Nation. Oversee budgeting and team development to achieve performance targets. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in management within production or distribution
• Knowledge of performance metrics and process improvement
• Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends
• Experience in staffing and performance management
