Facility: LTC/SNF

Shifts: 3pm 11pm & 11pm - 7am & 7am - 3pm

Contract: 9 weeks

Requirements:

• State CNA license
• BLS/CPR preferred
• Min 1 -2 year of CNA experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
• Duties include taking vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, medicine administration and reminders, assisting LPNs and RNs.
• Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
