Export Coordinator for Traffic Tech

As a key member of our International team, you will ensure efficient coordination and execution of export processes. This role requires a strong operational background and proficiency in managing shipping documents, communicating with freight carriers, and addressing service issues. Your contributions will directly impact our rapid growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the transportation of export goods
• Prepare essential shipping and legal documents
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and service providers
• Resolve issues and support internal and external customers
• Ensure timely entry of rates for profitability

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in export procedures
• Strong operational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
• Bilingual in English and French is preferred
