Associate Attorney- Family Law

SUMMARY: Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice in Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated family law matters while providing compassionate, client-focused representation. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Handle a broad range of family law matters, including: - Complex marital estate division - Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements - Child custody and support disputes - Manage cases from intake through resolution - Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes QUALIFICATIONS : - Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar - Minimum 2+ years of family law experience - Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills - Proven ability to manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism - Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus - PTO (subject to billable hour requirements) - Medical (100% employer-covered for employee) - Dental & Vision - Life & AD&D Insurance (employer-covered) - Pet insurance - 401(k) with profit sharing
