Principal AI Engineer — SDLC & Platform Lead

Questrade is seeking a Senior Principal AI Engineer to lead AI‐assisted SDLC initiatives in a highly regulated FinTech setting. You will drive AI CI/CD, automation, and scalable platform capabilities while mentoring engineers across multiple squads.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in AI engineering, LLMOps, or AI‐assisted SDLC, and experience in regulated environments. A strong technical leadership track record is essential.
