This includes, but is not limited to, order fulfillment, receiving and stocking materials, customer deliveries, warehouse organization, and inventory maintenance./ppstrongCompensation: $21.25 - $26.59 / hour/strong/ppstrongResponsibilities/Duties:/strong/pullistrongDelivery and Transportation:/strong ulliDeliver goods to customer-specified sites using company transport vehicles as needed./liliConfirm delivery information with the customer before leaving the warehouse./liliPhysically load and unload goods at each site safely and securely, using provided equipment if available./liliEnsure loads are properly secured before transport./liliPick up goods from suppliers as requested by DC management./li/ul/lilistrongWarehouse Operations:/strong ulliUnload and receive stock replenishment materials into the warehouse./liliPut away received goods according to company receiving policies./liliNote any damaged goods during the receiving process and notify the appropriate personnel./liliEnsure clear and safe passage in all warehouse aisles and loading docks./liliReport all unsafe storage and equipment issues to DC management immediately./liliAssist in order entry via the computer sales order program if needed./liliPull materials to fill orders using a pick ticket in an organized fashion./liliPerform multiple quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of shipped goods./liliAssist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counting./li/ul/lilistrongCustomer Service:/strong ulliProvide exceptional customer service./li/ul/lilistrongSafety and Compliance:/strong ulliEnsure a clean and safe environment regarding all working conditions./liliObserve all safety guidelines, including but not limited to DOT, OSHA, and company policies and regulations./liliParticipate in all safety training and maintain required safety certifications./li/ul/lilistrongOther Responsibilities:/strong ulliPerform other duties as beneficial to IDI./li/ul/li/ulpstrongLeadership Competencies:/strong/pullistrongLeads Self:/strong ulliCommunicates Effectively Candidly/liliDrives for Results/liliDemonstrates Accountability/liliTakes Initiative/liliCollaborates/li/ul/li/ulpstrongQualifications/Skills:/strong/pullistrongEquipment Operation:/strong ulliOperate material handling equipment, including a forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper./li/ul/lilistrongProduct Identification and Handling:/strong ulliIdentify product numbers using alpha/numeric codes./li/ul/liliulliAbility to lift up to 75 lbs./li/ul/lilistrongComputer and Inventory Systems:/strong ulliUse and learn computer order entry and inventory systems./li/ul/li/ulullistrongPerformance and Compliance:/strong ulliAchieve set goals in a timely manner./liliMaintain a CDL Class B Drivers license./li/ul/li/ulpstrongEducation/Experience:/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent education and experience/liliMeets all DOT, state and/or legal requirements that pertain to this position/lili1+ years experience in warehouse facility preferred/lili2-4+ years experience operating commercial vehicles including combination and straight trucks preferred/liliForklift experience preferred/li/ulpOne of the core values at IDI is Family, and it shows in our benefits!
