Oncology Regional Sales Leader – Strategy & Growth

Exelixis is seeking a Senior Director, Sales - Regional to drive regional strategy and revenue in oncology. You will lead multiple territories, align with national objectives, and mentor senior sales leaders while partnering with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to execute strategic initiatives.

The role requires 15 years of related experience (or 13 with a Master's) and a proven track record of exceeding targets, executive influence, and strong business acumen.
