Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes appropriately
Assist with assessments, wound care, and daily nursing procedures
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Deliver compassionate and professional patient-centered care

Requirements
