Electrical Supervisor for Battery Projects

Lead construction efforts on Battery Energy Storage Systems with Valard Construction in Elora and Jarvis, Ontario. Oversee site activities, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality standards. This Electrical Supervisor role will report to the Site Supervisor and is vital in executing construction projects efficiently. You will manage on-site crews, ensuring compliance with safety and project guidelines while addressing field issues promptly. This position also involves mentoring team members and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Manage crew activities and ensure effective communication • Enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures • Complete jobsite paperwork, including timesheets and field reports • Coordinate equipment scheduling and conduct reviews • Mentor team members on technical skills and safety practices Requirements: • Journeyperson electrical designation in a relevant trade • 5 years of construction industry experience • Knowledge of safety regulations and project scheduling • Valid driver's license with a good driving record • Experience with medium and high voltage installations Utilize your electrical expertise to supervise construction projects at Valard Construction while ensuring safety and quality in execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
