About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a professional services organization experiencing growth and expanding its accreditation and certification support team. This role offers a structured environment with strong processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description:
The Accreditation & Certification Specialist supports certification and accreditation operations by managing documentation, maintaining system records, coordinating audit-related activities, and ensuring accuracy across multiple internal platforms. This position plays a key role in supporting compliance-driven processes while delivering high-quality internal and external service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review certification and accreditation requests for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare, issue, and distribute certification documents
- Update and maintain internal databases related to certifications, accreditations, and auditor qualifications
- Identify, research, and resolve data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and customer needs
- Assist with accreditation activities, recognitions, and internal audits
- Coordinate internal audit scheduling, documentation, and follow-up
- Support reporting requirements and ensure timely submissions
- Process updates for auditor qualifications, renewals, and competency approvals
- Communicate with global team members to maintain accurate records
- Provide routine data verification and reporting support
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Contribute to continuous process and system improvements
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of administrative or office-based customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
- Experience in quality, compliance, accreditation, or regulated environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; heavy use of Microsoft Teams and internal systems
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
Additional Details:
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch
- Hybrid Role: Training initially onsite, then hybrid (2 days in office)
- Leadership and training support primarily remote with local onsite support
- Dress Code: Business casual
