En tant que candidat, nous vous encourageons à poser des questions sur la rémunération et à avoir une conversation franche avec votre recruteur, qui pourra vous fournir des détails plus précis sur ce poste.**Description du poste :**Leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES****CUSTOMER*** Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent* Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program* Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent* Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities* Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach* Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to TD's customer experience model* Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment* Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches* Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers* Promote TD brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks* Lead advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet / intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate* Represent TD in various recruitment functions as needed* Generally interacts with executive level managers up to and including the most senior management layers**SHAREHOLDER*** Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity* Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function* Follow and recommend internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates* Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank* May lead special initiatives by representing TD/ the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert* Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise* Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with HR priorities* Conduct internal and external research projects;
