Yard Worker & Delivery Driver

Atlas-Apex Roofing (Nova Scotia) Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Delivery Driver & Yard Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and disposal bins with materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
• Complete deliveries and pick‐ups using company vehicles and trailers
• Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance, including oil changes, for company vehicles and equipment
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on small engines and equipment, as required
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and maintenance logs
• Inventory counts and control
• Perform general yard maintenance, including grass cutting and snow removal

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence required, Class 2 or Class 3 licence considered an asset (DZ licence preferred)
• Forklift certification and experience operating a propane counterbalance forklift preferred
• Experience towing trailers is preferred
• Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations is an asset
• Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance, including small engine service, is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to commit to long‐term employment
• Ability to work in accordance with our drug‐ and alcohol‐free workplace policy
• Flexibility to work extended hours during the busy season
