Skidmore & Fomina, PLLC, is seeking an associate attorney to assist with employment-related prelitigation matters and the preparation and handling of cases through litigation and trial.

About The Position:

This position is designed for an attorney who is comfortable independently managing a caseload while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and case strategy. Responsibilities include developing evidence in support of case plans, working with witnesses and experts, communicating with prospective and existing clients, drafting demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other advocacy materials, and participating in mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings. The attorney will work closely with a firm partner while exercising substantial autonomy and professional judgment in the day-to-day management of cases.

Required Skills and Experience:

· At least two years of civil litigation experience

· Basic understanding and familiarity of employment laws

· WSBA admission

· JD

Compensation and benefits:

· $95,000 to $125,000 depending on experience

· Bonus potential
