Part-Time Mailroom Administrative Coordinator (210456)
Aquent is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Administrative Coordinator for a part-time, onsite contract opportunity with a leading technology company in Austin, TX.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with administrative tasks, and able to handle sensitive documents with professionalism and care.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Hours: 8 hours per day, 24 hours per week
Location: Onsite in Austin, TX
Type: Contract
What you'll do:
• Pick up and sort incoming mail by recipient and department
• Deliver mail across the Austin office/campus
• Scan physical mail and email documents to the correct recipients
• Prepare, mail, and fax payroll-related correspondence
• Handle confidential employee and payroll documents securely
• Follow daily processes with accuracy and consistency
What we're looking for:
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Experience scanning, emailing, mailing, or faxing documents
• Comfort walking across an office/campus and carrying mail
• High level of integrity, dependability, and professionalism
• Ability to work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Experience in mailroom operations, office services, administrative support, facilities support, records management, payroll administration, or HR administration would be a strong match.
