WSP seeks an Experienced Lead Archaeologist to manage complex archaeological projects province-wide, ensuring culturally responsible delivery and adherence to regulatory standards. Your leadership will drive impactful collaboration and innovation. As the Lead Archaeologist, you will spearhead assessments under the Ontario Heritage Act, shaping strategies for successful archaeological initiatives. Your role involves mentoring team members and enhancing skills while maintaining efficient project operations. With over 15 years in archaeology, you will provide expert guidance on Indigenous engagement, risk management, and project budgeting.
