Senior Manager Outbound Logistics

Lead outbound logistics for Aritzia's global network, optimizing freight, shipping, and delivery across retail and eCommerce channels. This role is based within Aritzia's support office network.

As Senior Manager, Outbound, Global Logistics, you will manage multi-channel logistics spanning inbound, surface, retail, and eCommerce operations. You will shape retail shipping strategies, use Transportation Management Systems and global visibility platforms, and support an elevated final-mile experience. The role serves high-velocity boutiques and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily departmental operations with Business Support partners
• Design integrated logistics models across retail and eCommerce networks
• Execute freight, shipping, and delivery setup
• Optimize logistics experiences for boutiques and end customers
• Mitigate operational risks and manage departmental administration

Requirements:

• Experience managing multi-channel logistics operations
• Retail logistics expertise from a retailer or logistics provider
• Knowledge of pool distribution and final-mile delivery
• Proficiency with TMS and global visibility platforms
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
