Provider Relations Lead – Growth & Partnerships

Soar Autism Center seeks a Provider Liaison Lead to expand presence across northern Denver metro area and Fort Collins, CO. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and create long-term referral partnerships, educating pediatricians and specialists about Soar's integrated care model.

This high-visibility role requires frequent travel (4-5 days/week) within the region and entails collaboration with Marketing and Operations, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth & Development,
