Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and geriatrics preferred.
