Bilingual Import Export Coordinator

Coordinate food imports from South America to Canada using fluent French, English, and strong customs expertise. Keep inbound shipments moving smoothly from origin to delivery.

This Logistics Coordinator role supports a growing logistics team within an established food industry company. You will coordinate shipments, manage customs documentation, renew permits, and monitor temperature during transit. The work requires confident negotiation, real-time problem solving, and accurate communication with Sales and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound shipments from South America to Canada
• Prepare and manage customs documentation for border clearance
• Renew import and export permits as required
• Monitor shipment temperatures and address transit issues
• Provide accurate ETAs to Sales and Production

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Two or more years in logistics or transportation
• Knowledge of customs documentation and cross-border processes
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
