We're looking for a detail-loving, patient-focused CNA with telemetry experience who can keep up with the rhythm of a fast-paced unit. If you can read the room and the monitor, you might be exactly who we need.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor and document vital signs, including cardiac telemetry readings
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility—your daily superhero duties)
• Support RNs and healthcare teams in delivering top-notch patient care
• Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs (your speed = their comfort)
• Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Provide emotional support to patients and families—because care goes beyond charts

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 2 years of CNA experience, preferably in telemetry or acute care
• Active CNA certification (Washington state)
• BLS certification required
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A calm head, kind heart, and quick feet
