Quality Inspector / Production Associate

Local Ashland area company is now hiring dependable individuals with strong attention to detail to perform quality inspections on parts and finished products. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Pay: $16.00

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on parts and finished products
• Inspect products for defects, damage, and color variations
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained
