As a Driver Helper, you'll collaborate closely with the garbage truck driver, providing essential support in waste collection. Your role involves physically demanding tasks, such as loading garbage and recycling while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and following set routes to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting solid waste safely and efficiently
• Help the driver with backing and maneuvering tasks
• Step on and off the truck throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness in collection and dumping zones
• Perform safety checks and report issues

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfort with various weather conditions and repetitive motion
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
