Job Skills / Requirements Security Officer - High-Rise Lobby | Austin, TX 78701 $22.00/Hour | Evening & Overnight Shifts | Professional High-Rise Environment United Protective Services is seeking a professional, polished, and customer-service-focused Security Officer to work in the lobby of a prestigious high-rise property in Austin, TX 78701. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury hotels, concierge services, front desk operations, executive reception, or high-end customer service. You will be one of the first points of contact for tenants and visitors, providing exceptional service while maintaining a secure and professional environment. Position Details Pay: $22.00 per hour Location: Austin, TX 78701 Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage the lobby and maintain a visible security presence.
• Issue and manage security badges and access credentials.
• Assist tenants with requests and direct them to appropriate building resources.
• Monitor and control access to the property.
• Maintain accurate visitor and security records.
• Respond professionally to tenant and guest concerns.
• Communicate with building management and security leadership.
• Follow all site-specific security and customer-service procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of security, concierge, hotel, or high-end customer-service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and access-control systems.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and go the extra step to provide exceptional service.
