As a Fleet Specialist reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will work closely with dealers handling Fleet claims and orders. Key responsibilities include assisting with monthly reports, managing Purchase Orders, and ensuring timely delivery for National and Regional Fleet Orders. Your role is critical, serving as the communication hub between various departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support weekly and monthly reporting efforts
• Collaborate with the Commercial Fleet Supervisor
• Prepare presentations for KCA's executive team
• Allocate National and Regional Fleet Orders
• Manage Purchase Orders, accrual lists, and documentation

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Automotive/Fleet experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual in French is an asset
