Radiotherapy Technologist

Marin Health Medical Center is seeking two 13 weeks Radiotherapy Technologist to support our Radiation Oncology department. This position is 5 x 8hrs (Monday through Friday) day shift with 0700 - 0800 start time.

Interested candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• 3 years of minimum Radiation Oncology experience.
• Properly setup and align patients using various imaging techniques to delivery radiation therapy treatments as prescribed.
• Assesses patient status during direct patient interaction and makes appropriate referrals to various health care team members.
• Prepares for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations, electronic medical record (MOSAIQ) check, treatment calendar (including programming port films etc.).
• Performs patient set-up and CT scan for radiation therapy treatment planning purposes, as needed.
• Works closely with other radiation therapists and team members to perform additional tasks, as needed.
• Experience with Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ preferred.
• Must have ARRT and CA RTT license, as well as BLS cert.
