Your Role

As a

New Lexus Sales Consultant

, you will:

• Deliver a refined, consultative buying experience tailored to each guest
• Assist clients in selecting a new Lexus vehicle that fits their lifestyle and preferences
• Guide guests through the entire processfrom introduction to delivery
• Demonstrate vehicle features through thoughtful, personalized presentations and test drives
• Build lasting relationships that lead to loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
• Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities
• Continuously develop knowledge of new Lexus models, technology, and services

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required training provided

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $60,000 $150,000+ annually, based on performance
