In this full-time role, you will be integral to the City's Centre of Expertise for Performance Measurement. This position requires expertise in performance measurement, data analytics, and business intelligence to support evidence-informed decision-making. You will partner with teams to cultivate a data-informed culture by increasing literacy and translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop performance metrics and benchmarks for City services
• Analyze service delivery outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Create user-friendly dashboards utilizing Power BI and SQL
• Support corporate and capital planning processes
• Deliver clear reports and presentations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years in data analytics, performance measurement, or related field
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
