Senior Supply Chain Operations Planner

STEMCELL Technologies needs a Senior Supply Planning Enablement Associate to connect operational teams, analyze supply issues, and improve workflows.

In this senior position, you will support supply chain continuity and seamless inventory availability through coordinated enablement initiatives. You will work with Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Product Management, Research and Development, and Product Lifecycle Development Process teams. Your contributions will include workflow execution, process improvement, risk analysis, and communications during supply-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify initiative scope, priorities, risks, and resource requirements
• Build cross-functional alignment around common operational goals
• Contribute to new workflow and business activity implementation
• Recommend improvements from workflow and supply issue analysis
• Prepare unified messaging for incident command communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related supply chain or operational discipline
• Two to six years in planning, coordination, or operations
• Cross-functional initiative and stakeholder communication experience
• Process improvement, workflow execution, and risk analysis experience
• Related operational team experience is an asset
