Responsibilities include leading and supervising a team in contents restoration and moving operations, ensuring proper packing, inventory, and transportation of items for restoration, conducting site assessments and developing action plans for restoration projects, training and mentoring team members on best practices and safety protocols, communicating effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns, maintaining equipment and supplies to ensure operational efficiency, documenting project progress and reporting to management regularly, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements include proven experience in contents restoration or moving services, strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment is a plus, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
