Job Description:

We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist to support a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project within a hospital and clinic environment. This role serves as a key onsite IT resource, providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and applications while ensuring a seamless upgrade experience for end users.

Day to Day/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I support to assist with Windows 11 deployment
  • Perform device imaging, installations, upgrade, and configuration
  • Support hardware replacements and refreshes
  • Provide Tier I and Tier II support for incidents and tickets

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience providing Tier I support in person in a healthcare environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Experience providing support for Window 11 deployment
  • Experience with PC refreshes, device imaging, installations, upgrades, and hardware refreshes
