Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator

Keep Farm Boy warehouse inventory accurate with discrepancy investigation and receiving oversight in a hands-on environment involving extended standing and material handling.

As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will monitor storage, product rotation, expiry dates, and receiving activity. You will work with Production Management and Category teams to address supply and inventory issues. The position supports accurate counts, organized operations, and positive service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine appropriate inventory levels by SKU
• Investigate miss-picks and inventory discrepancies
• Monitor receiving, shortages, damages, and incorrect receives
• Communicate close-dated product concerns to Management and Procurement
• Report storage conditions requiring corrective action

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and two years related experience typically required
• Previous forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and discrepancy resolution skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of safe material-handling practices
