Carpenter III Construction Lead

First Onsite's Lead Carpenter takes ownership of restoration and rebuild work from daily planning through final installation. You will review blueprints, estimate material needs, and coordinate closely with Project Managers. Responsibilities may cover framing, drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, fine finishing, and cabinetry. Projects include fire-damaged homes and commercial spaces returning to operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and organize daily project activities
• Perform precise measurements, cuts, and installations
• Restore residential and commercial spaces after unexpected events
• Coordinate with Project Managers and skilled trades
• Problem-solve while meeting quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• At least five years carpentry or construction experience
• Journeyperson certification in carpentry preferred
• Advanced framing, finishing, drywall, flooring, roofing, siding knowledge
• Knowledge of construction materials, safety practices, and cost awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork skills supporting others
