Warehouse Operations Manager at FGI

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will ensure the effective management of 8-12 staff in the daily operations of receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory. Strong leadership is key to providing a high-quality customer experience and upholding FGI's standards and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct warehouse logistics and shipping operations
• Mentor and inspire warehouse staff for continuous improvement
• Communicate with customers and management professionally
• Inspect and maintain warehouse conditions and equipment
• Process special orders and manage warranty claims

Requirements:

• Two years of management experience in warehouse settings
• At least five years in a warehouse environment
• Preferable experience with heavy-duty or aftermarket parts
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Physically equipped to handle up to 100lbs
