Fleet Operations & Maintenance Lead

GFL Environmental Inc. in Windsor, Ontario, is seeking a Fleet Manager to supervise maintenance operations, optimize fleet performance, and ensure safety standards across our modern fleet. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, and analyze fleet data for improvements.

A relevant degree or 3 years of experience, a mechanic's license, and strong communication skills are required. Knowledge of maintenance budgeting and contractor oversight is a plus.
