Collaborating with teams in Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain, you will manage product lifecycle, forecasting, and new product development. Your insights will inform market positioning, demand initiatives, and pricing strategies for the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans
• Conduct competitive analyses to identify market trends
• Update a 5-year strategic plan for sales objectives
• Collaborate with Sales for market intelligence analysis
• Provide ongoing technical support to the Sales team

Requirements:

• 5+ years in crop product management or related roles
• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or a related field
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Office Suite
