Social Media Manager:

Seeking a creative and results-driven individual passionate about social media and brand awareness. Integral part of the brand team, responsible for executing social media and influencer strategies. Must be well-versed in social media best practices, committed to creating compelling content, and adept at growing following and engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and executing organic social media, managing influencer programs, and promoting events and partnerships on social platforms.

Social Media Managers Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of social media management for a growing brand.
  • Passionate learner of social media best practices.
  • Proven experience in tastefully growing brands with engaging content.
  • Strategic mindset for scalable social strategies.
  • Excellent written, photography, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Spotify.
  • Ability to analyze data and meet deadlines, with initiative.
  • Proficient in Office, Google apps, Smartsheets, Sprout Social or Hootsuite, Adobe suite (a plus).
  • Enthusiastic contributor to brand and company growth.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for all concept locations.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Utilize photography skills to create visually appealing content.
  • Stay true to the brand identity and avoid following fleeting trends.
  • Handle various creative assistant tasks such as updating our menus in Adobe InDesign and on our website through our WordPress CMS.
