Sales & Operation Specialist Vancouver Contract

On-field sales and operation support work related to management of key business areas within Ant International Canada Division (Vancouver, Toronto).

Salary begins at CAD$22 per hour, with potential adjustments according to performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores in key business areas in Vancouver or Toronto on a daily basis to monitor in-store execution and retailer engagement;
• Collect, update, and maintain accurate retailer data on POSM placement and payment acceptance status of retailers during and after each daily visit;
• Communicate with retailers to ensure proper display and usage of POSM in line with brand guidelines;
• Engage with retailers to communicate national and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring proper placement and visibility of promotional POSM in stores;
• Identify execution gaps, retailer feedback, and improvement opportunities, and report insights to the team;
• Identify, engage, and communicate with potential retail partners to explore payment enablement opportunities;
• Coordinate with internal business management team to improve in-store visibility and campaign execution effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English;
• Down-to-earth attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
• Robust sense of responsibility to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective retailer engagement.
