Class D Moving Truck Crew Lead

Lead moving crews across Toronto with a Class D licence, commercial driving experience, and responsibility for every customer move. Early starts and physical work define this in-person position.

Burly Boyz Moving & Storage needs experienced commercial drivers for 3, 5, and 7-ton trucks. As crew lead, you assign work, protect homes and furniture, and own the result from the first pad to the final signature. You will also handle inspections, E-logs, customer billing, and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 3, 5, and 7-ton straight trucks safely
• Lead crews, assign work, and correct helpers
• Protect homes, furniture, floors, and delivered goods
• Load and secure trucks alongside the moving crew
• Calculate bills, invoice customers, and collect payments

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Class D licence or greater
• Three-plus years commercial driving experience on 5-tonne trucks
• Clean MTO abstract meeting stated collision and infraction standards
• Proven leadership responsibility on crews or job sites
• Clear English, Canadian work eligibility, and flexible availability
