In your role, you will oversee a dedicated team of material handlers, improving logistics processes through training and direct support. Partner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas, driving changes that boost operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of material handlers to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze metrics to create improvement plans
• Provide training to help staff meet performance standards
• Cultivate positive relationships across the team
• Manage carrier dispatch and daily operational issues

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Minimum of 5 years in logistics or transportation
• Experience with Microsoft Office solutions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
