Du bringst KOA ins Supermarktregal und hltst es dort sichtbar. Als Junior Retail Sales bist du nah am Markt: Du sprichst mit Marktleiter:innen, berzeugst vor Ort von Displays, Zweitplatzierungen und Verkostungen und sorgst dafr, dass unsere Kakaofrucht-Shots gelistet, platziert und aktiv verkauft werden. Du untersttzt unser Sales-Team beim Selling-In auf Marktebene und hilfst mageblich dabei, den Retail-Erfolg von KOA im Rhein-Ruhr-Gebiet auszubauen.

Your Tasks

• Active approach with market managers and deputies on site
• Presentation of KOA, our products & current promotions
• Sale of first and second placements, displays and tastings
• Retail activation & implementation

POS & Revisits

• Follow-up and account management of existing markets (placement, promotions, reordering)
• Control of availability, price, placement & POS materials
• Creation of social media content

Feedback & Learnings

• Collection of market feedback
• Support of reporting-documentation

Your Profile

• First experience in sales, retail, promotion or field service is advantageous
• Delight in approaching and inspiring people
• Reliable, structured working method
• Drivers license required
• Very good German language skills
